While the frigid temps have us wishing we could just say “wake us up when winter’s over,” instead, Chef Michael Lucente is cooking up a scheme to bring summer to Stamford...in February. How so? With a suckling pig roast and sangria & cocktails to match. This sweet summertime escape (in the form of a dinner party) wouldn’t be complete without a line-up of our favorite tapas inspired by dishes from coastal Spain.
