Did you know that your mental well-being can effect your physical well-being? Our health relies on a balance of all dimensions of wellness. We hear the term "self-care" all over the place right now, but what does it mean? What does self-care look like for me?
Stress, anxiety, and depression are all things that can manifest themselves in your body physically. This workshop will walk you through methods for managing all that bogs you down in day to day life. We will explore what self-care means for the individual and put a few methods to practice.
We will also explore preventative options. Learn all the different factors that can impact your mental health and what you can control.
